(synth notes) Increasing the Release a little bit more will give you more of a classic trans-lead sound. Let's just play that back and see what it sounds like. To do this, click on the tab that says Oscillator Envelope, and make sure that you've got the Attack right at the bottom, Decay at the top, Sustain at the top, and maybe increase a little bit of Release, just so you've got a typical lead sound. Then, what you'll want to do is change the amplitude envelope settings. What you'll then want to do is make sure you're on the Oscillator tab, and change the Waveform from SAW to SAW+SAW. Then scroll down to Synth Classic until we find MiniSynth, and click on that so that you've now got a new instance of it loaded.

First of all, go over to your channel rack, and hit the Add New Channel button. Let's have a look at using MiniSynth to create a basic lead sound. A versatile plug in, this also has compatibility with FL Studio Mobile, and was specifically designed with this purpose in mind, meaning you can take the sounds that you design on the road with you, and keep working whilst on the move. Another one of the great new plug ins that Image-Line have produced for FL Studio 12 is MiniSynth.
